| To find the right look for your window coverings, we need to take into consideration the style of your home, personal taste, and lifestyle. The choices in material are: woods or faux wood blinds and shutters, cloth shades (such as cellular, pleated, and Roman shades), woven woods (a bamboo type of material), and solar shades (newest product on the market - excellent choice for insulation and yet you can still see through to the view outside). |

| It can be very disappointing to choose the wrong window dressing and not have it function the way you want it to. We take into consideration the room, the light source, and the lifestyle of the people in the home. For example: |

Does anyone in the home work nights and sleep days? A good choice would be a blackout shade in the bedroom to give the privacy and darkness. |

Do you have a sun room or bonus room where privacy is not necessary but protection from sun glare and UV rays is necessary? Then you should consider "Light Weaves" - the latest in solar shades that come in an array of design and color. |

Do you have large windows over 72"? Faux wood blinds have a maximum size because of the weight. Are there are a lot of people in the house that will be lifting the blinds every day? We will need to show you the options for 2 or 3 blinds on 1 head rail, or change the product to other choices for these large size windows. |

| We represent 3 major companies: Hunter Douglas, Graber, and Timber Blinds and Shutters. Each company makes all the popular window dressings and there are different prices and different materials to choose from. Buying window coverings is similar to buying a car - there are tons of styles to choose from and tons of optional features. There are good, better and best products in every category. We help you find what suits your pocket book as well as taste! |

| Q: How long will it take to get my products? |
|
| A: Window coverings generally are in within 2 weeks and then we will set up our installers to install the job for you? Shutters take a little longer - 3 to 4 weeks. |

| Q: Are your installers certified and licensed contractors? |
|
| A: Absolutely! You will enjoy meeting our installers - Max and Natalie Ocon from Yosemite Mountain Mini Blinds. They are the best! Professional, courteous, clean and FAST! |

| Q: Does my price include installation? |
|
| A: YES! When we agree on the right products for your home, your contract will include installation and there will be NO extra charge for tax. |

| Q: What if I want
to measure my own windows and install
myself? |
|
| A: We would prefer that you let us do that, but if you have experience in this or you insist on doing it yourself, call us and we'll walk you through the process of the proper way to measure. |

| Q: Are there warranties with window coverings? |
|
| A: Yes. Each product comes with lifetime or limited lifetime warranties. We will provide you with a copy of your warranty upon installation. |
|
| Q: Are there ever any back orders on window coverings? |
|
| A: Very seldom. Once in awhile, there may be a delay, but it shouldn't be very long. |
|
| Q: Are there products for windows with arches? |
|
| A: Yes but the choices
are more limited. Vertical blinds will
open and close on arches, Silhouettes
will remain in the open position, cellular
shades can be stationary or drop down,
the slats of shutters will open and
close. Blinds will not work. If you
are building a home, ask questions before
installing windows with arches. Even
though they are beautiful windows, the
window covering choices are limited. |

| Q: What about color choices? |
|
| A: There are tons of colors available in every blind and shade style. However, white and off whites are still very popular. This allows them more flexibility in decorating with color through their furnishings, and fabric draping. |
